David-Muir

David Muir (born August 25, 1949) is an American journalist anchor, reporter and anchor. Most well-known is for his show World News Tonight. The most viewed news channel across America can be described as his spectacular series, which features celebrity gossips motion-animated gestures and clips. Also, he is known for the Emmy-nominated show Made In America. Prior to taking over ABC World News Tonight he was the primary substitute anchor for the previous anchor Diane Sawyer. He's reported on a variety of shows during primetime for ABC News some recent ones being Breaking Point: Heroin in America and Flashpoint The Refugee Crisis in America. He has covered news around the globe, including Gaza Egypt Iran Somalia Japan Peru Ukraine Haiti. He's won numerous Emmy Awards Edward R. Murrow Awards in addition to honors and awards from the Associated Press.
