David Muir was born in the US and is an American journalist. His ABC News show World News Tonight, with David Muir has been a success for many years. Additionally, he also co-anchors ABC News magazine20/20. With its animated gestures and dramatic clips of celeb news, the show has become America's most-watched newscast. Made In America is his Emmy award-winning program. Prior to his appointment as ABC World News Tonight's anchor, Sawyer served as Sawyer's main substitute. He was a reporter on a variety of evening ABC News specials, including Breaking Point - Heroin in America.
